BairesDev is seeking an SDET Tech Lead to steer test automation across software projects while guiding a team of SDETs to build and maintain robust automation frameworks.

You will define testing strategies, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with QA, development, and other teams to elevate software quality. This full-time remote role offers global impact and a growth-focused environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in software development and testing.
• Proficient in leading test automation projects and guiding junior SDETs.
• In-depth knowledge of advanced testing methodologies and best practices.
• Strong experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines with integrated testing.
• Expertise in both technical and managerial aspects of quality assurance.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and technical decision-making.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement technical strategies and frameworks for test automation and quality assurance.
• Lead and manage a team of SDETs, setting objectives, and conducting performance reviews.
• Facilitate collaboration between QA, development, and other departments to enhance software quality.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of advanced automated testing systems and infrastructure.
• Drive continuous improvement in test automation practices, tools, and processes.
• Advocate for best practices in quality assurance and test automation across the organization.
