Adecco -Rpo is seeking a Senior SDET/ Test Automation Engineer to design and implement automated testing across modernized applications built with .NET, React, and TypeScript. You will collaborate with developers and QA teams to define strategies, implement scalable test frameworks, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.

The role emphasizes validating REST APIs, backend services, and regression coverage while maintaining comprehensive test documentation and metrics for release readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in SDET, Test Automation, or QA engineering roles.
• Strong experience designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with Playwright or similar modern test automation tools.
• Experience testing web applications built with .NET, React, and TypeScript technologies.
• Experience validating REST APIs, integrations, and backend services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Experience working with Git-based repositories, Jira, and Agile development teams.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, defect management, and quality assurance best practices.
• Ability to analyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable automated test coverage.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites.
• Create automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests for modernized applications.
• Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Participate in manual testing and manual testing best practices to achieve full coverage of modernized applications.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document software defects and quality issues.
• Validate application upgrades, dependency updates, and compatibility changes introduced during modernization.
• Execute test automation against web applications, APIs, and supporting services.
• Analyze test results, provide quality metrics, and communicate risks to project stakeholders.
• Promote test automation best practices and continuous quality improvement across both development squads.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including (automated) test plans, test cases, test results, defect tracking, and release readiness.
