AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to run core ceremonies and build high-functioning delivery teams across one to three squads.

You will design and improve the Scrum framework with Product, Engineering, and TPM leaders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth delivery. You will coach teams on Agile best practices, manage risks, and maintain clear communication and artefacts across stakeholders.

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience on software engineering or product delivery teams.
• Proven ability to execute all core Scrum Master accountabilities independently across one or two concurrent teams.
• Demonstrated servant leadership, coaching teams on Agile best practices without imposing rigid process.
• Strong facilitation skills across team discussions, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
• Ability to articulate business value of the team’s work clearly.
• Track record of identifying project risks and executing remediation plans.
• Experience challenging the status quo and driving continuous improvement with tech and product leadership.
• Comfortable contributing to Scrum of Scrums and reporting work item status.
• Proficiency with Jira and Agile lifecycle tools; Proficiency with Confluence and collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace).

Responsabilidades

• Execute all core Scrum Master ceremonies across one to three delivery teams.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve the Scrum framework in partnership with TDMs/Tech Leads and TPMs.
• Monitor delivery team capacity and manage sprint injections impact on commitments.
• Facilitate delivery team discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices at a sustainable pace.
• Surface project risks and define actionable mitigation plans.
• Reduce friction between cross-functional stakeholders through structured collaboration.
• Facilitate clear communication within the delivery team for progress visibility.
• Coordinate with Scrum Masters on dependent teams and participate in Scrum of Scrums and leadership calls.
• Maintain an impediment log with resolution tracking and escalation paths.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment artifacts (roadmaps, dependency maps, blockers dashboards) with Product and Tech Leads.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Scrum Master to run core Scrum ceremonies and build high-functioning, continuously improving delivery teams across one to three squads.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• - Execute all core Scrum Master ceremonies and accountabilities — daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives — across one to three delivery teams with minimal supervision.
• - Design, implement, and continuously improve the Scrum framework in partnership with TDMs/Tech Leads and TPMs.
• - Monitor delivery team capacity and manage the impact of sprint injections on team commitments.
• - Facilitate delivery team discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• - Champion and coach teams on Agile best practices at a sustainable pace, challenging the status quo to keep processes lightweight and continuously improving.
• - Proactively surface project risks and define actionable mitigation plans before they escalat?
• - Reduce friction between cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Business) through structured, transparent collaboration.
• - Facilitate clear, effective communication within the delivery team to enhance progress visibility and transparency.
• - Coordinate with Scrum Masters on dependent teams and contribute to Scrum of Scrums and program-wide leadership calls and status updates.
• - Maintain an impediment log with resolution tracking and escalation paths.
• - Maintain stakeholder alignment artifacts (roadmap updates, dependency maps, blockers dashboards) in partnership with TDM/Tech Lead and Product.

MUST HAVES

• - 4+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience on software engineering or product delivery teams.
• - Proven ability to execute all core Scrum Master accountabilities independently, with minimal guidance, across one or two concurrent teams.
• - Demonstrated servant leadership, coaching teams on Agile best practices without imposing rigid process.
• - Strong facilitation skills across team discussions, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
• - Ability to understand and clearly articulate the business value of the work being delivered by the team(s).
• - Track record of proactively identifying project risks and executing structured remediation plans.
• - Experience challenging the status quo and driving continuous process improvement in partnership with technical and product leadership.
• - Comfortable contributing to Scrum of Scrums and communicating work item status.
• - Proficiency with Jira (sprint boards, backlog management, velocity tracking, reporting) and Agile lifecycle management tools (Jira Plans, Jira Boards, Jira Dashboards).
• - Proficiency with Confluence (documentation, team spaces, retrospective artifacts).
• - Proficiency with collaboration tools: Slack and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Zoom).

NICE TO HAVES

• - Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced tech organization (large tech company experience strongly preferred).
• - CSM, PSM I, or equivalent Agile certification (preferred but not required where experience is demonstrated).
