Holcim Americas Digital Center (ADC) seeks a skilled SAP SD Specialist to lead the architecture, configuration, and support of the SAP SD module. You will ensure seamless integration with logistics, finance, and external platforms while driving ongoing improvements.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a consultant/specialist in SAP SD configuration and support.

Responsabilidades

• Operate end-to-end incident management for SAP SD (support).
• Implement changes requested by Product Team, including basic field adjustments to complex integrations.
• Collaborate on large-scale projects (Omnichannel/Portals) with Logistics, Finance and external vendors.
• Connect SAP with satellite systems and manage rollouts for new companies or M&A.
• Share knowledge and train team members on SAP SD best practices.

Role Purpose

We are looking for an SAP SD Specialist responsible for the architecture, configuration, and support of the Sales and Distribution (SD) module. In this role, you will maintain a holistic view to ensure sales solutions integrate seamlessly with logistics, finance, and external systems (portals, apps, and billing platforms).

Key Responsibilities

• Operations (Support): Autonomous end-to-end incident management: contacting users, analyzing, resolving, and documenting cases.
• Requirements Management (Enhancements): Implementation of changes requested by the Product Team, ranging from basic field adjustments to complex technical integrations.
• Cross-functional Projects: Participation in large-scale projects (e.g., Omnichannel/Portals) interacting with Logistics, Finance, and external vendors.
• Integrations & Rollouts: Connecting SAP with satellite systems, as well as SAP implementations for new companies or M&A operations.
• Knowledge Sharing: Assisting in team training and knowledge transfer through practical teaching methodologies.

Selection Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a consultant/specialist in SAP SD configuration and support.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of SAP SD integration.
• Experience and knowledge in S/4HANA implementation.
• Proven experience connecting SAP with satellite systems (external platforms, billing systems, or customer portals).
• Experience with SAP Rollout implementations.
