Growth Acceleration Partners is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions for small business customers. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to own features and integrations from concept through production release.

The role requires hands-on Apex, LWC, and integrations, with a strong emphasis on security, performance, and DevOps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Proven track record delivering production Salesforce apps.
• Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL expertise.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• DevOps pipelines and automated release management for Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain secure, scalable Salesforce apps.
• Own end-to-end feature delivery from requirements to production.
• Design integrations between Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Warehouses.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and UI/UX designers.
• Monitor code health, performance, and platform execution.
• Enforce Salesforce security and data integrity across implementations.
