Growth Acceleration Partners is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to lead design, development, and delivery of high-performing Salesforce solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to own features and integrations, ensuring secure, scalable applications.

In an Agile environment, translate business requirements into robust architectures and take end-to-end ownership from concept to production release.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on software development within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Relevant experience integrating Salesforce with non-Salesforce applications (external).
• Proven track record leading technical implementations and delivering custom Salesforce applications to production.
• Demonstrated expertise in custom development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
• Strong background in integrating Salesforce with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and enterprise Data Warehouses.
• Hands-on experience with modern DevOps pipelines, version control, and automated release management for Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, develop, and maintain secure, scalable Salesforce applications and custom functionality.
• Own feature delivery end-to-end—from requirements gathering to release and monitoring.
• Design and manage integrations connecting Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Warehouses.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and UI/UX designers to deliver seamless UX.
• Utilize monitoring tools, logging, and analytics to evaluate code health and performance.
• Enforce Salesforce security, data integrity, sharing rules, and execution order.
