AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and build scalable CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows. The role includes implementing AI-assisted capabilities like Agentforce and ensuring robust security and performance across Salesforce.

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, triggers, and asynchronous processing
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations
• Experience building scalable automation and integration solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities
• Understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform configuration
• Build reusable services, triggers, batch jobs, integrations, and automation frameworks aligned with Salesforce best practices
• Implement and support Agentforce-related experiences, AI-assisted workflows, and intelligent case or task handling where applicable
• Collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions
• Support integrations with external systems using REST APIs, platform events, and middleware patterns
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Contribute to code reviews, release planning, and technical documentation
