AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and build scalable CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.

This role also supports Agentforce AI-assisted workflows to enhance sales and service processes. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, strong knowledge of Salesforce security models, and hands-on practice with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience.
• Hands-on with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, triggers, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
• Experience building scalable automation and integration solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
• Understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform configuration.
• Build reusable services, triggers, batch jobs, integrations, and automation frameworks aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Implement and support Agentforce-related experiences, AI-assisted workflows, and intelligent case or task handling where applicable.
• Collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
• Support integrations with external systems using REST APIs, platform events, and middleware patterns.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to code reviews, release planning, and technical documentation.
