Job summary

Salvatech is seeking a senior Solution Architect, CRM (Salesforce), to lead core CRM implementations for U.S.-based clients from Colombia in a 100% remote setup. The role requires 5+ years of Salesforce experience and hands-on design across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.

You will design scalable architectures, drive discovery, validate designs, and ensure go-live. Collaborating with a Project Manager, you’ll own the solution and ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience on Salesforce projects (Implementation Consultant, Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or Systems Consultant).
• Proven experience leading core CRM implementations (Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud).
• Hands-on Salesforce skills with the ability to design across clouds and integrations.
• Professional services background, managing multiple client projects under a billable-hours model.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving and technical skills.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with confidence engaging U.S.-based clients.
• Advanced English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and consulting sessions with clients using a consultative approach.
• Lead core CRM implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Design solutions and technical architecture focused on usability and scalability, with minimal technical debt.
• Document solution designs and secure client approval.
• Oversee and participate in build work and QA, building or testing solutions when needed.
• Partner with the Project Manager to ensure all project tasks are completed on time and within scope.
• Manage implementations through to successful completion, including thorough documentation.
• Conduct solution walkthroughs with clients and support go-live.
• Understand how CRM solutions work with other clouds to design cohesive solutions.
