AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to strengthen how Salesforce supports Sales and Marketing processes. This role combines hands-on administration and configuration with translating business requirements into practical solutions.

Improving reporting and campaign management is central here. You will configure fields, objects, workflows, automations, reports, and dashboards; improve sales processes, including opportunity stages, pipelines, funnels, and lead management.

Formación

• 4+ years hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Strong Salesforce administration, configuration and implementation.
• Translating Sales and Marketing requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Understanding CRM processes, including leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, campaigns.
• Experience building reports and dashboards with stakeholders.
• Configuring custom fields, objects, workflows, and automation.
• Ability to evaluate existing Salesforce processes and recommend improvements.
• Strong problem-solving and independent work ability.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing parallel Salesforce initiatives.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

• Collaborate with internal Salesforce Admin; document solutions.
• Review processes and suggest improvements.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide solutions.
