Medtronic in Bogotá, Colombia seeks a Sr Sales Compensation Admin Analyst to administer and optimize sales incentive processes across the EMEA region from a hybrid setup. The role emphasizes accuracy, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, HR, IT, and BI teams.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in compensation or finance, strong English, and expertise in Power BI and MS Office.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in compensation, payroll, or finance
• Excellent written and spoken English
• High initiative and self-motivation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strategic, solution-oriented mindset for complex issues
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Experience with process improvement and large datasets, Power BI familiarity
• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel and Access

Responsabilidades

• Process quarterly and annual sales incentives calculations and payouts with data validation
• Forecast incentives, accruals, balance sheet reconciliation, and expense reporting
• Provide analytics on SIP design and sales data to support growth objectives
• Lead system improvements and new capabilities for sales compensation
• Collaborate with finance, HR, IT, and BI teams on initiatives
• Lead requirements gathering for enhancements to the SIP system
• Document processes and best practices for sales compensation workflows
• Ensure audits for accuracy of sales incentives calculations
