Medtronic Bogotá is seeking a Rebate Analyst - Calculations to manage accurate calculation, validation, and processing of customer rebate programs for the U.S. business, leveraging SAP (Vistex) and Excel.

You will work with Finance, Contracting, Legal, Sales, and others to resolve discrepancies, support month-end/quarter-end close, and continuously improve processes, controls, and documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience, or 1 year with advanced degree.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with financial data and reconciliations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for cross-functional work.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work in Bogotá office 1–3 days per week.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer rebate and admin fee payments within SLAs.
• Prepare and review EFTs, credit memos, and checks with internal controls.
• Monitor exceptions and discrepancies to prevent payment delays.
• Review SAP (Vistex) outputs for accurate reporting and payment execution.
• Maintain remittance files, audit records, and supporting docs.
• Communicate payment status and issue resolutions to stakeholders.
• Support month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities.
• Assist with EFT onboarding and payment-method changes.
• Develop SOPs and drive continuous process improvements.
• Participate in testing and automation projects for rebate ops.
