Job summary

AMS is seeking a dynamic recruiter to manage the full lifecycle across fast-paced, multicultural environments. You will partner with hiring managers, candidates, and sourcing teams to deliver a seamless hiring experience end-to-end.

Fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese, you will drive offers, onboarding and compliance activities with meticulous organization and proactive, candidate-focused communication.

• Demonstrated experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail in offers, contracts, onboarding, and compliance activities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities independently.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to assess talent based on skills, potential, and cultural fit.
• Spanish, English and Portuguese language requirement.
