• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IS, or related field.
• 7+ years in QA/Quality Engineering or Software Testing roles.
• Experience designing and executing test strategies for modernization.
• Functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate .NET upgrades and tech stack changes.
• Collaborate with SDET and development teams.
• Strong English communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and execute test strategies, plans, and cases for modernization.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate .NET 10 upgrades, dependency updates, authentication components, and tech stack changes introduced during modernization.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects with development teams.
• Support release readiness, deployment validation, and production support activities.
• Produce quality metrics, test execution reports, defect trend analysis, and delivery quality insights.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams and U.S.-based stakeholders.
• Partner with SDET resources to support automated testing initiatives and improve coverage.
• Create and maintain test documentation, test results, defect logs, validation evidence, and release readiness artifacts.
