Sauce in Colombia is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead application modernization across enterprise apps, ensuring quality, reliability, and production readiness. You will validate .NET 6 to .NET 10 upgrades and drive comprehensive testing across the stack.

You will design test strategies, manage defects, and collaborate with developers and SDET resources. Agile ceremonies and release readiness activities will drive continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Software Testing roles.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and execute test strategies, plans, and cases for modernization.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across applications.
• Validate .NET 10 upgrades and related tech changes.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects with development teams.
• Support release readiness reviews, deployment validation, and production support.
• Produce quality metrics, reports, and insights for stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with SDET resources for automation.
• Create and maintain test documentation, results, logs, and validation evidence.
