Job summary

Félix is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to drive test strategies, maintain automation frameworks, and ensure timely product releases. You will partner with developers to champion quality and build a robust testing culture across the engineering team.

You will define test plans, automate UI and API tests, and continuously improve test coverage and release readiness in a fast-growing fintech environment. This role offers stock options and extensive learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as QA Automation Engineer or developer with testing focus
• Experience designing test plans, developing test cases, and documenting outcomes
• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple testing initiatives
• Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests
• Python experience (nice to have)
• Experience with UI and API test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure test coverage and release velocity.
• Define, design, and execute comprehensive test plans with cross-functional teams.
• Own end-to-end development and execution of test cases for UI and API testing.
• Improve and maintain automation frameworks and infrastructure.
• Conduct exploratory testing and triage defects with stakeholders.
• Monitor test stability and report metrics to guide release decisions.
