BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Senior Auditor to ensure quality and consistency of recruitment audits across the organization. You will audit complex cases, guide junior auditors, and help align evaluation criteria.

The role is 100% remote, offers USD compensation, flexible hours, home-office setup, and opportunities for mentorship and growth within a global Top 1% talent ecosystem. Ideal candidates have 5+ years QA experience, proficiency in English, and experience supervising audits

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance roles.
• Proven experience auditing complex and high-impact roles, including senior profiles, closers, and specialized positions.
• Hands-on experience supervising and calibrating Junior Auditors to ensure consistency and accuracy across evaluations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Execute complex, sensitive, and high-impact audits.
• Supervise and review Junior Auditors' evaluations.
• Lead calibration calls and standardize criteria across the audit team.
