MSD in Latin America is seeking a Senior Specialist, OR Business Operations & Project Management to coordinate project execution and accelerate priority initiatives across the region. You will manage portfolios, dashboards, and governance materials while engaging cross-functional teams and external partners.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in related roles, with fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in project management or operations within a corporate, matrixed or regulated environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables in parallel.
• Strong organizational, communication, judgment and execution skills.
• Experience preparing executive-ready presentations and portfolio updates.
• Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese for meetings and business communications.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OR portfolio and project governance, timelines, budgets, risks and decisions.
• Translate priorities into structured implementation plans with owners and milestones.
• Coordinate regional research partnerships and cross-country initiatives.
