Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end automation, electrification, digitalization and industrial solutions across the Andean & Caribbean region.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and opportunities; coordinate cross-functional teams; and maintain strong customer relations to ensure safety, quality and profitability.

This regional role offers exposure to global customers and strategic partners, with a focus on delivering tangible business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading industrial electrical projects.
• Experience in electrification, automation, and digitalization projects.
• Strong financial and contractual acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from handover to closure.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, and cash flow.
• Serve as primary contact for customers during execution.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across functions.
• Lead contract changes and critical decisions.
• Ensure safety, quality, profitability, and on-time delivery.
