Siemens Energy Colombia seeks a Control and Protection Team Lead for Digital Grid to guide a senior engineering team in Grid Automation. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure adherence to standards, and collaborate with customers and project managers to deliver secure, reliable digital grid solutions.

You will own domain capability, drive continuous improvement, and mentor engineers, with opportunities to advance into broader engineering leadership within a global company.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years' experience leading and mentoring engineers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Senior technical credibility to challenge and support the team.
• Valid B1/B2 Visa for the United States of America.
• English language proficiency (B2/C1).

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations for the engineering team.
• Allocate work, manage priorities and resolve conflicts.
• Represent domain in discussions with customers, PMs and other leads.
• Coach engineers' development and input to hiring decisions.
• Drive digitalisation and continuous improvement within the domain.
• Track efficiency, quality and capability improvements.
