Job summary

GM Financial seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead high-priority initiatives within the IO PMO portfolio, applying GPPM processes and coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders.

You will drive Agile delivery, manage risks, coach cross-functional teams, and ensure quality, budget, and timeline adherence. Strong Planview Workfront and MS Office skills are expected.

English required; Spanish or Portuguese a plus. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in project implementation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is a must.
• Project implementation with proven track record (5Y+) is required.
• Experience in finance industry is a plus.
• English language skills; conversational Spanish or Portuguese are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a project manager for high-priority projects using GPPM processes.
• Lead Agile delivery, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Promote trust, continuous improvement, and quality outcomes.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, compliance with standards, and budget control.
• Coach cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and solve issues.
• Communicate status, RAID logs, and risks to stakeholders.
