Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Product Owner to own the strategic vision and backlog for internal security tools and developer portals. You will prioritize epics that reduce systemic risk, drive policy and tooling adoption, and minimize developer friction with new solutions.

Ideal candidates have strong AppSec or DevSecOps backgrounds, extensive cross-functional leadership, and autonomy to drive strategy from inception to adoption. Upper-intermediate English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Product Management or as a Product Owner.
• Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles, AppSec, Cloud Security/Architecture, and/or Development Enablement.
• Fully autonomous in driving product strategy from inception to adoption.
• Excels at data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership without requiring day-to-day direction.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize user stories and epics for Workstreams 1-5, reducing systemic risk.
• Drive adoption framework for Architecture Champions, focusing on policy modernization and content uplift.
• Ensure ASPM ingestion and AI-SDLC scanning reduce developer friction and improve user journey.
• Bridge the gap between executive security mandates and Agile execution pods.
