Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Product Owner to own the strategic vision and backlog for internal security tools and developer portals. You will prioritize epics that reduce systemic risk and drive policy/tooling changes while enabling developers with minimal friction.

Strong AppSec or DevSecOps background and cross-functional autonomy are essential, with upper-intermediate English. This full-time role offers flextime and both remote and office options across our distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Product Management or as a Product Owner, ideally for internal developer platforms or security tooling.
• Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles, AppSec, Cloud Security/Architecture, or Development Enablement.
• Fully autonomous in driving product strategy from inception to adoption with data-driven decision making.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize user stories and epics for Workstreams 1-5, ensuring engineering efforts reduce systemic risk.
• Drive the adoption framework for Business Unit Architecture Champions, focusing on policy modernization and content uplift.
• Ensure solutions (ASPM ingestion and AI-SDLC scanning) reduce developer friction and improve the internal user journey.
• Bridge the gap between executive security mandates and Agile execution pods.
