AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Product Owner to own the strategic vision and backlog for internal security tools and developer portals. You will prioritize epics that reduce systemic risk, drive tooling changes, and minimize developer friction.

A strong AppSec or DevSecOps background and cross-functional autonomy are essential. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, autonomous product leadership, and collaboration across security and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Product Management or as a Product Owner.
• Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles, AppSec, Cloud Security/Architecture, and/or Development Enablement.
• Fully autonomous in driving product strategy from inception to adoption.
• Excels at data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership without requiring day-to-day direction.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize user stories and epics for Workstreams 1-5, ensuring engineering efforts reduce systemic risk.
• Drive the adoption framework for Architecture Champions, focusing on policy modernization and content uplift.
• Ensure that all built solutions, including ASPM ingestion and AI-SDLC scanning, reduce developer friction and enhance the internal user journey.
• Bridge the gap between executive security mandates and the Agile execution pods.
