Job summary

SmarterHome.ai is seeking a Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of its B2B digital products, from discovery to monetization, delivering measurable growth for customers and the business. You will work with Engineering, Design, Sales, Partnerships, and Leadership to define strategy, prioritize initiatives, and ship scalable solutions that improve onboarding, integrations, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience leading B2B digital products, SaaS platforms, partner ecosystems, or enterprise solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering products or enhancements that increased adoption, retention, operational efficiency, or revenue.
• Strong expertise in product strategy, customer discovery, roadmap management, stakeholder alignment, Agile methodologies, and PRD creation.
• Ability to work effectively with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, data flows, and platform architecture without requiring hands-on development experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or equivalent) with excellent analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.

Position Overview

The Product Manager will own the end-to-end lifecycle of SmarterHome.ai's B2B digital products, from identifying customer needs to launching, driving adoption, monetization, and continuous improvement. This role is accountable for product outcomes, business impact, and customer value, not simply managing backlogs or agile ceremonies.

Working closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Partnerships, Operations, and Leadership, the Product Manager will define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver solutions that create measurable growth for customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy, Growth & Monetization

• Own the vision, positioning, roadmap, and business performance of SmarterHome.ai's B2B products, partner platforms, and commercial solutions.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, revenue impact, adoption potential, technical feasibility, and strategic objectives.
• Define and track key product metrics including activation, adoption, retention, expansion, churn, and revenue growth.
• Partner with commercial leadership to identify pricing, packaging, upsell, AI, and automation opportunities that drive measurable business outcomes.

Product Delivery & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and requirements definition through launch, adoption, and continuous optimization.
• Design and improve B2B customer and partner experiences, including onboarding, self-service, integrations, reporting, and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Partnerships, and Operations to deliver scalable solutions and coordinate successful product releases.
• Present roadmap progress, product performance, risks, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience leading B2B digital products, SaaS platforms, partner ecosystems, or enterprise solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering products or enhancements that increased adoption, retention, operational efficiency, or revenue.
• Strong expertise in product strategy, customer discovery, roadmap management, stakeholder alignment, Agile methodologies, and PRD creation.
• Ability to work effectively with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, data flows, and platform architecture without requiring hands-on development experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or equivalent) with excellent analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Linear, Figma, GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL, or BI tools.
• Background in B2B SaaS, telecommunications, affiliate platforms, partner ecosystems, service marketplaces, or subscription-based businesses.
• Experience working with CRM integrations, attribution platforms, payment systems, APIs, automation tools, or AI-driven solutions.
• Salary: COP $15,000,000 per month.
• Employment Type: Full-time.
