iQor is hiring a Senior Product Leader to drive the strategy and evolution of our Core HCM platform. The role is hybrid with 3 days/week in the Medellín office, and candidates willing to relocate within Colombia are welcome to apply.

You’ll define the product vision, collaborate with UX/Engineering/HRIS teams, and manage backlogs and epics in an Agile environment. Strong English and HRIS background are preferred for this globally distributed role.

Formación

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in HR tech or HCM.
• Hands-on experience with Core HCM platforms.
• Strong Agile experience including backlog and requirements management.
• Experience collaborating with UX/Design teams.
• Familiarity with HR SaaS solutions such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• HR or HRIS background; Azure knowledge is a plus.

Are you passionate about building innovative HR technology solutions that impact a global workforce? We’re looking for a Senior Product Leader to drive the strategy and evolution of our Core HCM platform.

Location: Hybrid – 3 days/week in office

What you’ll do:

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for our Core HCM platform.
• Partner closely with UX, Engineering, and HRIS teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Manage product backlogs, features, and epics using Agile methodologies.
• Prioritize initiatives while collaborating with global stakeholders across multiple time zones.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within HCM or HR Technology.
• Hands-on experience with Core HCM platforms.
• Strong Agile experience, including backlog and business requirements management.
• Experience working with UX/Design teams.
• Familiarity with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HR SaaS solutions.
• HR or HRIS background.
• Working knowledge of Azure.
• Experience in high-volume or BPO environments is a plus.
• Advanced English.
• Availability to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
• Willingness to relocate within Colombia, if needed.
