Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Staff Product Designer to join our global remote team. You will architect scalable design systems, lead end-to-end design, and collaborate with engineering and product to ship impactful features.

You will conduct user research, define long-term design vision, and drive Design Ops improvements while enjoying 100% remote work with flexible hours and competitive USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design or a related senior design role.
• Proven expertise in Figma and establishing scalable design systems.
• Demonstrated experience owning the end-to-end product experience from discovery to shipping.
• Strong background in product strategy and conducting user research to inform design decisions.
• Proficiency in Design Ops and collaborating across cross-functional teams at scale.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
