Lifted is seeking a hands-on Product Designer to create authentication, account-management, and security experiences across web and mobile surfaces. This role frames problems, explores concepts, and delivers engineering-ready specs while collaborating with product management and engineering.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of UX design experience, a strong portfolio, mastery of Figma, and proven ability to ship end-to-end flows with edge cases and accessibility in mind.

Formación

• 3–5 years of UX design experience.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end product design for web and mobile.
• Experience shipping production software with account or onboarding flows.
• Strong collaboration with product management and engineering.
• Edge-case handling, accessibility, and cross-platform consistency.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end product design for authentication and account-management initiatives.
• Frame problems, explore concepts, and deliver engineering-ready specifications.
• Audit sign-up/in flows and map account-security experiences.
• Produce rapid MVP explorations and reusable design system components.
• Provide design QA through implementation and launch.
