Somewhere is seeking a strategic Founding Product Designer to shape the user experience, visuals, and workflows of our enterprise software from the ground up, collaborating with founders and engineers. This is a remote role with US EST-aligned hours.

You will audit the product architecture, synthesize complex data into intuitive UI/UX, and present multiple design paths for logistics, asset management, and analytics workflows.

Formación

• 4+ years of hand-on experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or Interaction Design.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma for design systems and interactive prototypes.
• Experience simplifying complex enterprise workflows and data-heavy dashboards.
• Experience collaborating with front-end engineers and founders to align on implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop product and UX strategy for an enterprise platform.
• Audit existing product architecture and identify usability bottlenecks.
• Translate requirements into multiple design concepts with trade-offs.
• Collaborate with founders to shape long-term product roadmap.
• Design end-to-end flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mocks, and prototypes.
• Build and scale a modular design system in Figma.
• Align with engineers on feasible implementations.
• Advocate for user clarity and operational efficiency.
• Help establish design principles and startup design culture.
