Publicis Global Delivery seeks a Senior Print Designer to produce complex print and digital assets across Direct Mail, print ads, and OOH. You will transform approved creative into precise mechanicals and deliver print-ready files while maintaining brand standards.

Working with art directors, account managers, and production teams, you’ll guide juniors and ensure timely delivery, quality, and alignment with production processes and evolving best practices.

Formación

• Higher School Certificate with Design or Art as main subject.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid knowledge of PDF workflows and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to train junior resources and share production knowledge.
• Strong layout, typography, and final file delivery skills for print and digital.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with Jira/ProofHQ workflow and collaborative tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Produce complex technical production tasks and ensure delivery quality.
• Collaborate with Print Designers, Lead Print Designer, and other teams.
• Ensure assets meet printers' technical requirements and brand guidelines.
• Conduct image retouching and prepare final print and digital files.
• Support junior designers and provide guidance on production processes.
• Stay up to date with new technologies and best practices.
