Publicis Global Delivery is seeking a Print Designer to generate graphic materials and mechanical layouts under direction from the Studio Lead. The role emphasizes print and digital production along with improving technical production knowledge.

The candidate should have mid-level knowledge of print production, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and familiarity with Figma or similar tools, ensuring assets align with client briefs and brand guidelines.

Formación

• Higher School Certificate with Design or Art as main subject.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Figma or equivalent digital design tools.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
• Familiarity with Jira/ProofHQ workflows.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of digital design principles, responsive layouts, file specifications, and platform requirements.
• Ability to adapt creative assets across multiple formats, sizes, and channels while maintaining visual consistency and brand guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality assurance reviews to ensure assets are accurate, production-ready, and aligned with approved designs.

Responsabilidades

• Take direction from the Senior Print Designer and produce print and digital production tasks under its instructions.
• Work closely with the Senior Print Designer to ensure delivered assets answer the client brief and are in line with brand guidelines.
• Have a good knowledge of print and digital production processes, and be able to produce simple image retouching operations.
• Assure project delivery within the scope and deadline set by the Senior Print Designer.
• Perform any additional duties as set out by the Senior Print Designer.
• Create and revise various graphic materials, including creative (conventional and digital) presentations, mechanical and pre-press documents used for commercial printing purposes, as well as digital assets for social media, email, landing pages, and other digital channels.
• Organize and manage various layered file formats and prepare production-ready assets according to channel and platform specifications.
• Possess a solid understanding of industry-standard operating procedures, workflow, and technical production requirements.
• Improve overall design, production, and creative skills internally and with other agency departments.
• Control project data according to the production brief, executing the master and adaptations of print and digital projects and generating files ready for final delivery.
• Ensure that layouts and assets meet campaign and client guidelines, as well as the technical specifications required for each medium.
