Publicis Global Delivery is seeking a Senior Print Designer to produce complex print and digital deliverables, ensuring brand-aligned, print-ready assets for direct mail, ads, and OOH. The role involves coordinating with art directors, account managers, and production managers, guiding junior designers, and maintaining high production standards.

The candidate should excel in layout, file delivery specs, and multi-format adaptations, while leveraging extensive Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Formación

• Higher School Certificate with Design or Art as main subject.
• Ability to produce ready-to-print materials.
• Strong understanding of layout and final file delivery specs for print and digital.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote; familiarity with Figma.
• Familiar with Jira/ProofHQ workflow.
• Solid knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and PDFs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a team and support juniors.

Responsabilidades

• Produce complex technical production tasks and maintain delivery quality.
• Coordinate with Print Designers and Lead Print Designer to ensure print-ready assets meet printers’ specs and brand guidelines.
• Know all processes needed for print production; perform mid-level image retouching.
• Take ownership of a project and ensure delivery by deadline.
• Monitor production operations delegated to Print Designers to meet quality standards.
• Provide feedback on production processes for improvements.
• Create and revise graphic materials including presentations, mechanicals, and pre-press docs.
• Respond to client needs and support colleagues across departments.
• Create training materials and share best practices with the team.
