A leading project management consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Industrial and Data Center Projects in Bogotá, Colombia. The role entails managing all aspects of project delivery, including schedules, budgets, quality control, and client relationships. Technical proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 is required. Candidates should possess at least 10 years of experience and be fluent in English and Spanish. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years as a project manager; experience in corporate occupier, retail, real estate or related sector.
• Fluency in English and Spanish for meeting, reporting, and presentation purposes.
• PMI or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Commissioning experience; LEED Projects experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate client and internal project meetings.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Manage risk by maintaining the risk register.
• Oversee quality control for civil works.
• Support design management and evaluate construction methods.
• Act as an advocate for the client during disputes.
• Track and manage critical milestones.
• Lead value-engineering sessions and negotiate cost-saving alternatives.
• Facilitate the transition of building operations.
• Maintain high levels of safety, health and environmental compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build strong relationships.
