The role spans the full software development lifecycle, working with distributed teams to drive technical excellence through modern practices, automation, and AI-assisted tooling. You will design, build, and optimize scalable web applications, backend services, and data pipelines, leveraging AWS and modern deployment methods.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and enterprise software solutions.
• Build and optimize backend services, RESTful APIs, microservices, and data processing pipelines.
• Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services and modern deployment practices.
• Optimize database performance, schema design, and complex queries across PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server environments.
• Implement asynchronous processing, message queues, and event-driven architectures to support high-volume workloads.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Design teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
• Drive software quality through automated testing, performance tuning, and best engineering practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation initiatives.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and engineering efficiency.
