INDI Staffing Services seeks a Senior PHP Developer to join our Development team, working across diverse projects with multicultural teams worldwide. You will tackle backend and frontend tasks, drive architectural decisions, and innovate with modern PHP frameworks.

You will collaborate with architects, analysts, testers and product owners while maintaining code quality and documentation. Advanced English is required, and you’ll enjoy flexible work arrangements to foster creativity.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience working with PHP with strong Front-End skills.
• Workflow Management, design and implementation in all its stages.
• Collaboration with the development team in the achievement of technical challenges, code upgrades, working closely with architects, developers, business analysts, testers and product owners.
• Contribution to the preparation of technical documentation.
• Experience with frameworks such as Zend, Laravel, Symfony is desirable.
• Advanced English level.

Responsabilidades

• Work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with a diverse team.
• Resolve the most technically challenging issues facing the organization.
• Write code with increasing quality and maintainability.
• Guide the architecture of large features impacting multiple parts of the company, identifying issues and blockers for mitigation.
• Research and introduce new technology to improve applications and the development pipeline.
