DaCodes. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer for a nearshore remote role serving LATAM and US clients. The team emphasizes PHP/Laravel, scalable web apps, and strong OOP fundamentals. Strong English and overlapping Central/Pacific business hours are required.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in full-stack development, experience across frontend and backend, and willingness to adapt to a dynamic, Agile environment. Engagement spans 4-6 months with potential for ongoing collaboration.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and software design.
• Experience building and maintaining modern web applications.
• Advanced English communication skills (client-facing role).
• Availability to work during Central or Pacific Time Zone business hours.
• Availability for a 4-6 month contract.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
• Build clean, maintainable, and reusable code following object-oriented programming principles.
• Collaborate with a distributed engineering team in an Agile environment.
• Contribute to both backend and frontend development across the application stack.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Learn and work with PHP/Laravel as part of the existing technology stack when needed.
• Continuously improve code quality, performance, and maintainability
