Kraken is expanding its Consumer Creative & Design team and seeks a Senior Performance Creative. You will concept, produce and ship paid creative for Kraken Consumer and Krak across channels, with paid static at the core and video formats supporting multi-market campaigns.

You’ll drive AI-generated and AI-assisted video, evolve creative pillars, and ensure assets meet platform specs and regulatory requirements while maintaining a fast, iterative workflow.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in performance creative, ideally fintech or crypto
• Portfolio required with two or three full video cuts and AI-generated piece
• Ability to design for multi-language, multi-market formats and regulatory requirements

Responsabilidades

• Own paid static for Kraken Consumer across product launches, campaigns and always-on activity
• Build for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X with platform-native specs
• Concept and cut performance video for cross-format sets (9:16 to 1:1/4:5)
• Produce AI-generated/assisted video and imagery for fast iteration
• Develop briefs with strong, culture-forward concepts and scalable pillars
• Localize and scale across markets, languages and regulatory environments
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams for approvals
• Maintain high craft standards and clean file organization
