Amgen Bogotá is seeking a Sr. Associate Supply Chain (Order Management) to manage orders from entry to shipment readiness within our global network. You will work with SAP and other systems to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate documentation while coordinating with planning, transportation, and regional teams.

The role requires Advanced English and hands-on ERP experience. Strong Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across functions are essential for success.

Formación

• Advanced English is mandatory and assessed during the interview process.
• Hands-on experience using SAP or another ERP system to process orders and manage shipments.
• Experience using Excel and MS Office for data analysis and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and monitor customer and intercompany orders through shipment readiness and execution.
• Create, maintain, and follow up on sales orders, stock transfer orders, deliveries, and related transactions in SAP.
• Coordinate order and shipment readiness with Planning, Scheduling, Warehouse Operations, Transportation, and cross-functional partners.
• Support carrier selection and freight booking activities in coordination with Transportation and Logistics Providers.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate shipment documentation and pre-alert communications with stakeholders.
• Monitor open orders and shipments, identify delays or risks, and follow up on actions.
