The Nuclear Company in Colombia seeks a senior Member of Nuclear Staff to lead cross-disciplinary technical challenges across engineering, construction, and licensing, combining nuclear rigor with AI-driven, fast-paced execution.

You will own projects spanning mechanical, civil/structural, and regulatory domains, drive direction in complex environments, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with leadership to deliver fleet-scale nuclear programs.

Formación

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in nuclear power, heavy industrial construction, or a regulated technical environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Nuclear Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred for certain specialties.
• Demonstrated ability to solve difficult engineering, construction, or licensing problems.
• Experience delivering complex capital projects through multiple lifecycle phases (development, design, licensing, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations).
• Strong understanding of nuclear-grade engineering rigor, configuration control, QA, and requirements management.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead cross-disciplinary technical and programmatic initiatives across engineering, construction, licensing, and project leadership.
• Develop direction where precedent is limited and ensure safety, licensing, constructability, cost, schedule, and risk considerations are integrated.
• Collaborate with licensing teams to navigate NRC processes and regulatory guidance.
• Drive scalable project delivery systems for fleet deployment.
