BairesDev, a global technology partner, is seeking a Senior Node.js Lead to steer technical direction on complex projects. You will mentor teams, define scope with stakeholders, and ensure scalable, secure solutions across back-end and front-end layers.

Formación

• 7+ years of Node.js experience.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns.
• Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Strong experience in application security.
• Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
• Expertise in both back-end and front-end development.
• Experience conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent ability to understand client requirements and communicate benefits/risks.
• Strong command of technology trade-offs and decision making.
• Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings and guiding teams.

• Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Strong experience in application security best practices.
• Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
• Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.
• Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
• Advanced knowledge of the trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
• Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
• Advanced level of English.
