Job summary

EPAM Colombia seeks a Chief Business Analyst with deep Oracle NetSuite ERP revenue recognition expertise to lead strategic solution design and delivery in an on-site role. You will partner with stakeholders to shape, build, and support high-quality NetSuite OTC and ARM capabilities end-to-end.

Responsibilities include leading revenue recognition strategy, designing end-to-end NetSuite OTC/ARM implementations, and producing clear specifications and design artifacts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on NetSuite ERP experience.
• Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) and Order to Cash (OTC) expertise.
• Revenue accounting and revenue management experience.
• Chief-level leadership and strategic planning capability.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and business groups.
• Advanced SuiteScript, scripts, and RESTlets development skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue recognition solution strategy using native NetSuite capabilities as the primary approach.
• Design end-to-end NetSuite OTC and ARM implementations aligned to revenue recognition requirements.
• Elicit requirements and translate stakeholder challenges into actionable recommendations.
• Capture functional specifications and create detailed design documentation.
• Build demo code and deliver production-ready SuiteScript and RESTlets solutions.
• Implement unit tests and adhere to SDLC standards across projects.
• Provide post-production support for NetSuite ERP revenue recognition functions.
