CI&T is seeking a Senior .NET Engineer to drive back-end development and integration of complex services. You'll work with a multicultural team across Brazil, Colombia, the UK, and the USA, delivering robust systems in English.

Expect involvement in API design, data persistence, and code reviews, with a focus on reliability, performance, and modern software practices. Strong communication and distributed-work experience are essential.

Formación

• Experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core in production systems.
• Hands-on backend services development using C#, ADO.NET and SQL Server.
• Experience implementing SOAP and RESTful APIs with versioning.
• Strong understanding of ADO.NET, SQL Server, DB design and performance.
• Proficiency in XML serialization/deserialization.
• Familiarity with software design patterns and best practices.
• Experience with unit and integration testing and root-cause analysis.
• Effective communication in multicultural, fast-paced environments.
• Advanced English proficiency; all communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and maintain back-end services using C#, ADO.NET and SQL Server.
• Implement and evolve SOAP and REST APIs with proper versioning and security.
• Ensure service reliability through tests, troubleshooting and monitoring.
• Collaborate on integration between systems and apply design patterns.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback and mentor junior engineers.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and apply to improve solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows to improve deployment quality.
