Patagonian is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain high-performance backend APIs and services using C# and .NET. You will implement architectural patterns including CQRS and Event Sourcing, and ensure secure, scalable, and highly available systems across distributed environments.

The ideal candidate has extensive backend development experience, solid knowledge of API design, and a background in regulated industries.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET framework.
• Solid understanding of CQRS, Event Sourcing, and Message Queuing patterns.
• Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and RPC-based services.
• Proven ability to build and run secure, scalable, and highly available systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs and services using C# and .NET
• Implement architectural patterns such as CQRS, Event Sourcing, and Message Queuing
• Build and optimize REST and RPC-based Web APIs for scalability and performance
• Ensure system reliability, security, and high availability across distributed environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and efficient backend solutions
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and best practice implementation
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, focusing on code quality and system design
