Kellanova North Pacific is seeking an RE Development Sr. – Execution Modern Trade to advance our in-store execution capabilities across Modern Trade customers.

You will partner with Sales, Category Management, Trade Marketing and field teams to translate strategies into action and strengthen Perfect Store standards. The role focuses on developing execution plans, analyzing KPIs, and tailoring regional plans for North Pacific, enabling sustainable growth.

Formación

• Bachelor-level or higher degree in a relevant field as listed.
• Experience in Modern Trade, commercial execution, or trade marketing within consumer goods.
• Ability to translate data and insights into practical commercial actions.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the Execution Strategy for Modern Trade in North Pacific.
• Strengthen Perfect Store standards across stores and exhibitions.
• Analyze sell-in, sell-out, and inventory KPIs to identify gaps.
• Turn insights into actionable initiatives to improve execution and results.
• Partner with Sales, Category Management, Trade Marketing and field teams.
• Adapt regional plans to market dynamics and opportunities of North Pacific.
