AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to maintain and optimize native iOS and Android voice and messaging apps, with a strong focus on Swift (70%) and Kotlin (30%), while leading PoCs to migrate toward React Native.

You will implement and optimize Real-Time Communication (RTC) capabilities (WebRTC, SIP, VoIP) and address latency, push notifications, and network reliability, collaborating with client stakeholders on architecture. LATAM or Ukraine candidates with EST overlap preferred.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on professional mobile development experience across iOS and Android.
• Strong experience writing native apps in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android). 70% Swift, 30% Kotlin.
• Exposure to React Native.
• Solid Real-Time Communication (RTC) knowledge: WebRTC, SIP, VoIP.
• Experience implementing voice-enabled push notifications and handling network latency.
• Excellent English communication for client-facing work.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and optimize native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) apps.
• Design and build PoCs to migrate native apps to React Native.
• Implement and optimize RTC capabilities (WebRTC, SIP, VoIP).
• Resolve voice-related latency, socket, and push notification issues.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders on mobile architecture and features.
• Conduct code reviews and drive performance improvements.
