AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to maintain and optimize native iOS and Android apps, with a strong focus on Swift (70%) and Kotlin (30%), while leading PoC work to evaluate migration toward React Native.

You will implement and optimize Real-Time Communication capabilities (WebRTC, SIP, VoIP) and address voice‑enabled push notifications, latency, and reliability, partnering with client stakeholders on mobile architecture and feature decisions.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on mobile development experience.
• Strong Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android) with React Native exposure.
• Experience with Real-Time Communication (RTC) such as WebRTC, SIP, or VoIP.
• Experience implementing voice-enabled push notifications.
• Based in LATAM or Ukraine with EST overlap.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) mobile applications.
• Design and build PoCs to evaluate and migrate native apps to React Native.
• Implement and optimize RTC capabilities (WebRTC, SIP, VoIP).
• Solve voice-related issues: latency, push notifications, sockets, and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine mobile architecture and features.
• Conduct code reviews and drive performance improvements.
• Work in an Agile delivery workflow with sprint planning.
