AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to maintain and optimize native iOS and Android apps, with a strong focus on Swift (70%) and Kotlin (30%). You will lead PoCs evaluating migration toward React Native and help shape mobile architecture.

You'll implement real-time communication features (WebRTC, SIP, VoIP) and address voice, latency, and connectivity challenges, collaborating with client stakeholders across time zones in a fully remote, agile environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on mobile development experience.
• Proficiency in writing native mobile applications in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android), with a 70/30 split.
• Exposure or knowledge of React Native.
• Solid domain experience with Real-Time Communication (RTC), specifically WebRTC, SIP, or VoIP architecture.
• Experience implementing voice-enabled push notifications (PushKit) and handling network latency in voice/chat apps.
• Excellent written and spoken English for client-facing collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) apps.
• Design and build PoCs to evaluate transitioning to React Native.
• Implement and optimize RTC capabilities (WebRTC, SIP, in-app chat).
• Resolve voice issues related to VoIP and push notifications, and improve socket connections and latency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine mobile architecture and feature specs.
• Conduct code reviews and drive performance improvements in an Agile workflow.
