Roca Alliances in Medellín is seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Engineer to build modern, AI-assisted mobile applications. You’ll work across Angular/Ionic/Capacitor or React Native stacks and help shape architecture with a globally distributed team.

You must be fluent in English, able to learn new frameworks quickly, and mentor junior developers while delivering high-quality software in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in our Colombia office.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of proven experience in mobile software engineering using Angular with Ionic/Capacitor, or React Native.
• Experience integrating AI coding assistants to accelerate development and code quality.
• Ability to quickly learn new programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
