A global packaging leader in Colombia seeks a Senior MES Consultant to lead the design and optimization of Manufacturing Execution Systems. This critical role involves ensuring system reliability, integrating MES with enterprise platforms, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. Ideal candidates have a Master's degree, at least 3 years of MES experience, and strong problem-solving skills. Formación

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
• Familiarity with ERP integration and data analytics tools.
• Project management or leadership experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems.
• Ensure system reliability and performance.
• Provide user support and user training.
• Conduct regular system maintenance and monitor operational accuracy.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system malfunctions.
• Design reports and maintain the system image.
