FullStack is hiring a Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our team. You’ll work with one of our product teams to build and deliver high-quality software to clients.

We value 5+ years of manual testing, strong English, a four-year degree, and deep QA experience with STLC, API testing, SQL, and microservices. This role supports a 100% remote environment and collaboration across agile teams, with opportunities to grow and contribute to testing libraries.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in manual software testing and quality assurance.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Extensive experience with STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) and bug tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Proven experience performing API testing using tools like Postman, Insomnia, or Charles Proxy.
• Deep experience in database testing, including writing complex SQL queries to verify data integrity.
• Demonstrated experience testing microservices and event-driven architectures (EDA).
• Expertise in designing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices from scratch.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and understanding how QA integrates into automated deployment workflows.
• Knowledge of Accessibility testing (WCAG) or Security testing basics is a plus.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
• Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
• Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with product teams to validate and ensure quality across features.
• Design and implement test plans and test cases, maintain traceability.
• Perform manual testing across web/mobile applications and APIs.
• Document defects clearly and track using Jira/Azure DevOps.
• Verify data integrity with SQL queries and database tests.
• Test microservices and event-driven architectures, contribute findings to teams.
• Support CI/CD workflows and QA integration into deployments.
• Assist with accessibility and security testing basics where applicable.
